Ginger Virtual Health Behavioral Health

Virtual Behavioral Health Coach's work directly with all employees and your dependents (ages 18+) who are enrolled in a Cigna plan. A Health Coach can help you develop strategies for managing stress, create an accountability plan and even provide techniques to help improve sleep.

A Virtual Behavioral Health Coach can offer support with:

  • Stress, anxiety depression, work issues, relationships, everyday life stressors, sleep, etc.

Ginger Coaching

Coaching focuses on where you are right now and your goals for the future. You will work with your coach to identify small steps to achieve your goals, while making adjustments and changes if issues arise.

Cost:

Cigna members pay the same cost share as an office visit. For example, if you have met your deductible and your plan has a $20.00 copay, then the cost will be $20.00/month. This rate includes unlimited access to a coach, Ginger classes/exercises, and content.

Ginger Therapy & Psychiatry

Therapy:

Sessions with a licensed clinician helps to address ongoing psychological symptoms, patterns of thought, or specific behaviors or emotions. Therapy allows you to dive deeper into past or present issues to make a positive change in your life.

Psychiatry:

Doctors can diagnose and treat behavioral health or substance use concerns, typically by prescribing and monitoring medication, in addition to other care services.

Cost:

If you see a psychiatrist or therapist within Ginger’s system, your cost share is the same as with any other outpatient visit. Therapy and psychiatry services are billed Fee for Service (FFS) based on services rendered.
