2020 Enjoy benefit program overview

Below are the 2020 benefits for reference.
If you are a recent hire starting in November or December 2020 and would like to enroll in benefits at Enjoy, you need to make benefit elections for both 2020 and 2021 within 30 days of your hire date.

Cigna EPO

In-network benefits only.  No deductible, $3,000 out-of-pocket maximum per individual, copay-based

Cigna PPO

In- and out-of-network benefits.  $500 deductible & $4,000 out-of-pocket maximum per individual, & 10% coinsurance in-network

Cigna HSA

In- and out-of-network benefits.  $2,000 deductible & $5,000 out-of-pocket maximum per individual, & 20% coinsurance in-network

Kaiser HMO

Offered in CA, OR and WA. 

In-network benefits only. No deductible, $3,000 out-of-pocket maximum per individual, copay-based

Basic Life & Accident*

2x salary

Voluntary Life & Accident*

Lesser of 5x salary or $600,000

Dependent Life

Up to $300,000 for spouse and $5,000 or $10,000 for dependent children

Short-Term Disability

66 2/3% of salary up to $2,500 maximum weekly benefits, up to 12 weeks

Long-Term Disability

66 2/3% of salary up to $10,000 maximum monthly benefits

Business Travel Accident

5x salary, up to $1,000,000

Some benefits are covered by Enjoy and are offered at no cost to the employee. Other benefits either require a contribution from the employee, taken out from the paycheck and submitted to the relevant benefit partner automatically; or are a sole responsibility of the employee.
